Hi. I'm Smiley Nesbitt
My Mom calls me Shawn.
When I moved to Vancity, 16 years ago, I had no idea how much I would grow to love this city. It is my home and it is where my wife and I chose to live and raise our little girl. My love of this city has been described as infectious. This shows in both my enthusiasm and knowledge of it.
Since I started my career in Real Estate 7 years ago, I have worked from Whistler to Vancouver and everywhere in between. I now focus on Vancouver, East Vancouver mostly, as my knowledge of these neighbourhoods, properties and markets is extensive. This allows me to navigate the process of selling your home with very current information and to ensure that you make well-informed decisions. Selling your home can be a stressful and exciting time, and I will navigate it professionally while keeping you at ease.
